Review:
HOT OFF THE PRESSES: One US Army civilian said that in just a few minutes looking at the new book, he learned more about writing the self-assessment than he learned in an 8 hour Power Point presentation! --US Army civilian employee
The book is organized very clearly, almost like a picture book, with graphics, two-colors and I especially like the blue keywords throughout the samples and the text. This is easy to read and understand for a very complex topic. The samples on the CD-ROM are excellent for following the writing style, including the use of ALL CAPS for certain titles of accomplishments. --US Navy Civilian
The lessons about writing two or three of your best accomplishments per job objective will be of great value tome as a supervisor. I can then easily write my assessments based on those clear examples, rather than the Interim self-assessment version of more than 20 statements of general duties. --USACE Mobile, Alabama, supervisor
