About the Author:
Barbara B. Moroney is a former computer programmer/analyst, teacher, and business owner and has been practicing yoga regularly for more than twenty years. She has taught yoga classes and also has completed training for certification as a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist. Ms. Moroney has practiced Qi Gong almost daily since 1998 and has studied the yoga sutras for the past three years.
