About the Author:

Alexandria Kincaid is a nationally renowned firearms law attorney. Her expertise of the gun laws is relied upon by gun owners, gun businesses, and gun rights organizations across America, and her clients also include well-known firearms and firearms accessories manufacturers. She is a contributing author for the American Shooting Journal. Alex's history with firearms started when she was a young child, when her law enforcement father taught her to shoot at the age of five. During her career, she has relied on her firearms for self-protection amidst threats from the criminals she prosecuted while serving as an elected District Attorney. WOW would sum up my reaction to this book!!! I can tell you that I have read many books regarding the 2nd Amendment and her book is much different. Most books cover the history of the 2nd Amendment and the counter arguments to liberal talking points. Alexandria's book explains in detail to gun owners across the country how to protect themselves lawfully in regards to possession, transfer, purchasing, and discharge of firearms. She also covers many applicable local, state, and federal infringements of the 2nd Amendment and how to avoid getting in trouble from these unconstitutional laws as well as how to begin fighting back against them. So many of the common questions I see regarding what you can do and can't do with a firearm are answered in this book as well as directing you to additional information you may not have thought of before. There is just an absolute wealth of information in this book that EVERY single gun owner needs to read.
