She has more than 25 years of experience in providing strategic solutions that produce measurable results for her clients – who range from biotech companies and real estate investment trusts to large public school districts. Kathy was the V.P. of Human Resources for Celera Genomics, where she successfully created and supported the rapid expansion of an employee base from 250 to more than 900 in a little over two years.
