About the Author:
"I was pretty much born with a pen in my hand. Writing came to me naturally just as art eventually did." - Andrew L. Case Brooklyn born and bred, Andrew navigated through one of the worst Junior High Schools in the early 90's and discovered his creative talents in the process. The youngest of 5 children, he set himself apart from his siblings with his outspoken nature, rebellious energy, and creative spirit. That spirit spun him directly into acting, music, writing, art and some activism. Andrew's first book "Dedicated" was years in the making. Always known to be sort of an old soul he usually penned his quiet thoughts and musings and shared it among friends. It took him a while to actually want to get a book done until words from his new affiliate Al Patron were simple and straight to the point, "Write it and be great" Whether it was his 10+ years as an artist, his constant sport debates with his best friend and manager Curtis Franklin, or his need to question authority, it was no doubt that a podcast was coming. "Case In Point" launched in the summer of 2014 shortly after he released his first book "Dedicated". Sparked by the untimely death of Mike Brown, Andrew felt that it was time to share his thoughts with the world raw and uncut. He followed Case In Point a few years later and launched a new podcast "The Middle Initial Podcast" with his co-host Kevin A. Lewis covering the sports world. "It's all about growth, If you're alive and you aren't growing what the hell are you doing?" - Andrew L. Case Never satisfied Andrew continues his journey and developing his work relationship with Al Patron, and joined him and his independent venture Opus Magazine. Outside of writing Andrew has also taken a stab at writing and directing film.
Review:
The author speaks from the heart and gives you a body of work that is authentic & never duplicated. Definitely a much needed break from social media & unnecessary distractions. I can't wait for more projects from Mr. Case, who is focused on his craft and is moving in a positive direction in this particular literary field. --Amazon
In Dedicated you get a glimpse into the heart, mind, and passions of Andrew L Case from his childhood longing to his coming of age tale of a love lost. I really admire when an author lays it out bare for all to see I imagine it must be difficult to share so much of yourself, I know its very brave. I can't wait to see more from the author. --Amazon
