Barbara Babenco Healy is an organization development specialist dedicated to the professional and personal development of leaders. She is the founder of Barbara Healy Associates and an executive coach and leadership consultant working with Fortune 500 companies, well known non-profits and academia. Barbara has a proven track record of assisting and guiding both senior and emerging high potential leaders in attaining greater levels of achievement, fulfilment and empowerment in all areas of life, leading to healthier and happier individuals and higher performing workplaces. Over the past 25 years, Barbara has held numerous leadership positions. She served as Vice President of Corporate Learning & Development at People's United Bank and was Executive Director of Communities In Schools, a national non-profit in Washington State. She has taken her expertise in all things talent management to clients including DHL Global Forwarding, Goldman Sachs, State Farm Insurance, Legrand N.A., Easter Seals/Goodwill Industries, Quinnipiac University, and the United Way.
