It just means we are in a much more positive and resourceful position to cope with what life throws at us. 3) There are a series of questions at the end of the book that will cause the reader to think about their current habits and re-adjust in light of the positive messages they ve just read. Andy Cope is Derby born and bred and is an avid follower of Derby County Football Club. His real passion lies in 'Positive Psychology' which is, basically, the science of happiness and well-being.
