All books sold at listed prices. We are open to consider discounts on volume purchases.
We accept VISA, MASTER CARD and PayPal. We accept WIRE transfers ONLY FOR ORDERS ABOVE $1,000.00.
All sales are final unless books arrive damaged or are shipped in error. To avoid returns, we will gladly provide any information that customers may need about requested books, included pictures if necessary.
All software titles (CD-ROM or DVD, cassettes) are shipped in publisher's sealed and/or original packages...

Priority Mail Domestic shipping rates are set for any book that fits into international Priority Mail flat rate envelope (limit 4 lbs., 10x12 inch size). If the book is larger or heavier, higher fees may be requested. Media mail rates are for any book under 5 lbs.
Priority Mail International shipping rates are set for any book or books that will fit into a flat rate Priority Mail envelope, weighing 4 lbs. or less. If weight or size are higher, we will need to request higher rates also.
Our experience with Priority Mail International shipments has been generally negative. Delivery for shipments that the USPS mail estimates in 6 to 8 business days, have experienced delivery delays to many countries running into two months. Even our most patient and understanding customers have been tremendously dissapointed. Unfortunately there is not much we can do. The approximate delivery dates listed on the USPS are hardly ever kept. Customers write annoyed but we have little to do with the delivery of a particular package once it is in the hands of the International Mail.

**CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES:
Many countries are now requiring paymet of customs and import fees. Buyers are always responsible to pay those fees at the destination country. LEA Book Distributors is in no way responsible for such fees. We advise buyers to follow up promptly any such request in order to avoid delivery delays.

Las Tarifas de envío para Priority Mail International están calculadas para cualquier libro o libros que caben en un sobre especial de tarifa plana o cuyo peso no pasa de 4 libras. Si el tamaño o peso exceden el tamaño del sobre o las 4 libras, necesitaremos pedir autorización para tarifas más elevadas.
Hemos tenido problemas repetidos muy serios con el Correo Internacional en muchos países. Muchos envíos han tardado de tres semanas a dos meses.
AHORA OFRECEMOS SERVICIO DE PAQUETERÍA COURIER a costes razonables para ese servicio, por medio de UPS Worldwide Expedited. Si necesita recibir el paquete con garantía de entrega de 6 a 8 días, con gusto le cotizaremos el coste adicional.

	 **TARIFAS DE IMPORTACIÓN, IVA, etc.: 

Muchos países requieren ahora el pago de tarifas de importación, aduanas, IVA, etc. El comprador es siempre responsable de pagar esas tarifas en su destino. LEA Book Distributors no es responsable de pagar esas tarifas y aduanas. Aconsejamos a los compradores que estén atentos a esas peticiones de pago de los Gobiernos respectivos pues si no se siguen se puede incurrir en retrasos considerables.
