Condition: Very Good. Very Good 6" x 8 1/4" art exhibit catalog in stiff white wraps, black lettering to front and back covers and spine, green spot-color design to cover, some smudges and soiling to covers, small closed tear to back cover, else clean, tightly bound and otherwise unmarked throughout. This catalog was published in conjunction with an exhibition of work by five recent participants in IASPIS programs and shown at the Venice Biennale June 13 to August 10, 2003. . 127 pp. replete with black-and-white stills from the various video installations included in that exhibition. Includes essays by Sara Arrhenius, Karina Ericsson Warn, Nicholas Bourriaud, Magnus Bartas, Hal Foster, Jorg Heiser, SERVO, and Maria Osterberg Ben Saad. From the Introductory essay: "Instead of looking for attractively packaged Swedish art to send into the world, we have sought to create a forum for meeting and exchange, a venue that takes as its starting point a local context but which finds itself in an intense dialogue with the rest of the world." Acquired from the private library of photorealist, Robert Bechtle and art historian, Whitney Chadwick.
