Dr. Dennis R. Delisle is the director for operations support for Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals and an adjunct faculty member at Thomas Jefferson University s School of Population Health. He holds certifications as a Lean Master, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Project Management Professional, and is a trained examiner for the Keystone Alliance for Performance Excellence and co-leads Jefferson s Performance Excellence program, utilizing the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria. Delisle is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from Syracuse University, his master of health services administration from The George Washington University, and his doctor of science degree in health systems management from Tulane University.
