Paper. Condition: Good ++. Brian McCandless (illustrator). 2'nd Printing. Wilson was an R.C.M.P. officer from 1928 to 1952. He worked mostly with the Vancouver Drug Squad, but also did stints on the prairies ans in the R.C.M.P. navy (against rum-running). This is his career BIOG. The work was in progress at Wilson's death in 1979 and so the last 6 pages (180 total) were written by Jack Fossum. 8 pages of reproduced newspaper clippings at center. McCandless drawings decorate chapter heads. Cond: White paper wrapper with a silhouette graphic of an RCMP officer and a criminal. General wear at all points, edges better,spine fine. NO names, marks, tears, creases, folds NOR scratches. Clean, tight in binding. Almost giftable !! Quote (p. 50) : " .the Coroner and the Hangman.
