From the Author

The success of my first book, "Doing Time on Planet Earth", caused many people to urge me to write another. I wanted to write more than just another astrology book and I wanted to connect with as many people as possible through astrological interpretations. The problem posed by this dilemma led to the creation of World of Wisdom. I realized that by creating an interactive book I could do both. Years of experience with personal readings, interaction with other astrologers and continuous study have given me the experience needed to write the detailed and accurate character descriptions. One purpose of astrology is to help people understand themselves better, and another is to be aware of future potential. World of Wisdom helps with both. The success of WOW - over 35,000 copies sold in 10 different languages - has shown that people are very curious about themselves and how they interact with others. I feel that the descriptions and analyses that I would give in a private reading should be available to anyone. This program allows me to make the information easily available.

About the Author

Born in York, England in 1949. At the age of 30 Adrian Ross Duncan moved to Denmark - one of the most astrologer-friendly countries in the world. As a result of a year-long stay in India in 1970, Adrian came to live and breathe astrology - but in Denmark things really took off for him. A curious twist of fate occurred with his move. Adrian unknowingly and quite by coincidence found and moved into a home previously occupied by the president of the Copenhagen astrology society. Three years later Adrian became president of the same society, "Ekliptika." During his ten year tenure as president he became a well-known and respected astrologer. Adrian is often asked to speak at conferences and astrological societies. After one such engagement in New York Adrian decided o write his first book, "Doing Time on Planet Earth". This book covers the integration of the art of horary astrology and psychology, as well as reflections about this and future historical ages. The then editor of the respected Astrological Journal of Great Britain, Suzi Lilley-Harvey, wrote of Adrian and his book: "Adrian Duncan is one of the leading astrological lights of Europe, and this book, as well as his lecture at the Europe '92 Conference, testifies to his wide experience as a teacher and consultant". In 1998 Adrian returned to England after 19 years in Denmark, to become the editor of the same Astrological Journal.
