About the Author

Upon graduating from a Georgia military academy as Superior Cadet, Joe Ziemer joined a rock and roll band in Venezuela. The US Army lassoed him in '68, assigning him to the top-secret Courier Service in Washington D.C.Joe earned a B.A. in Social Psychology from the University of California, where he was appointed a full Regents Scholar.Ziemer has supplied broadcast equipment to worldwide radio and TV stations for 25years, and the profession has taken him to over 100 countries. In 1996, his Indiana company won a prestigious Exporter of the Year award. Passionate about free speech, Joe was Editor of Radio World International Newspaper from1984 to 1989. He has written several journal articles.
