“Extreme fun for the kids and a visual delight for all. YUM!” ―The New Yorker
The Big Book of Anorak is a unique and fun collection of beautifully illustrated stories, games and activities to inspire and entertain any little ones aged 5+.
Featuring fun stories (“Leonardo the Shopping Tiger,” “Gary the Lovelorn Giant,” “The Tickled Tree”), humorous profiles (“Harrold the Hiccup,” “Louis the Knee,” “Mona the Moon”), coloring pages, mazes, word searches and recipes (“Let’s Make Mr. Happy Bread”), The Big Book of Anorak is the perfect present for anyone (big and small) who has a love for drawing and reading.
The Big Book of Anorak brings together an international collective of the most exciting talent in the world of illustration and design with artists such as Andy Rementer, Marcus Oakley, Tad Carpenter, Mauro Gatti, Matthew the Horse, Ben Javens, Joe Roberts, Harriet Russell, and Jeremy Ville.
Cathy Olmedillas is the founder, editor, and creative director of The Anorak Press. In 2006, she launched the internationally acclaimed happy mag for kids, Anorak when she couldn’t find a fun, educational and collectable magazine to read with her son. She lives in London.
