About the Author
Marna Smith is an Early Childhood Education Professional with a BS Degree in Religion and an AS Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has over 20 years' experience working with children ages 0-18 in many different learning environments; public schools, private school settings, daycares, preschools and youth groups. Her son suffered a tragic accident and now lives with a severe Traumatic Brain Injury. Her hope is for parents, family members, friends and teachers to use her book to teach their children about helmet safety and what the brain does for them on a level they could understand.
