Of the thousands of books in the modern spiritual marketplace, few state their message both simply and profoundly. Seeds for the Soul is one. Combining the wisdom of eastern philosophy with the principles of western psychology, Chuck Hillig presents a readable and compelling worldview that speaks directly to the reader's mind, heart, and soul. He points the way to true happiness for those who have struggled to find peace of mind and suggests that surrendering our idea of control over life is the path to fulfillment.
Like a good friend cutting through the confusion, Chuck Hillig takes you by the hand and leads you to where you can look reality squarely in the face. His words will quietly reverberate in the very depths of your consciousness, and whether they act as gentle reminders or loud alarm clocks, they will lovingly direct you to the only person who holds your truth: you. Seeds for the Soul is a unique and fascinating gift to the reader that invites you to revisit its enlightening pages again and again to discover its multi-layered treasures.
Chuck Hillig, MFT, has worked as a state licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Ojai, California for the past 25 years. Since 1970, he has been a devotee of the Indian Sage, Ramana Maharshi. Chuck is the author of Enlightenment for Beginners, The Way IT Is, and The Magic King. For the past ten years he has been writing Chuck's Corner, a monthly Q&A column on spirituality and psychology that is currently published in two magazines and distributed internationally.
