ABOUT THE AUTHORS: Annie McKee, PhD, is Co-chair of the Teleos Leadership Institute and teaches at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. Richard Boyatzis is Professor in the Departments of Organizational Behavior and Psychology at Case Western Reserve University. Fran Johnston, PhD, is Co-chair, with Annie McKee, of the Teleos Leadership Institute. She also serves on the faculty of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
