Mary-Margaret (anand sahaja) Stratton is a Renaissance woman whose expertise spans a number of subjects: poet, musical composer, author, lay architect, instruction designer, painter, sculptor, producer, educator, and Award-Winning Creative Art Director. She has degrees in Marketing, and Design from UCLA. In 2011, anand was ordained as an Essene Minister. Anand is a social media evangelist and ran two online support communities for over fifteen years, including one for women with Skin Picking Disorder. She is a former Marketing Chair for the Alliance for Addiction Solutions and recently completed the book Kiss Addiction Goodbye – the Twelve Step Diet to Aid Recovery and Help Heal Addictive or Compulsive Behaviors.
