About the Author

Nancy hackett RN, MSN has worked in Nursing since 1976. She earned her Masters degree from California state university in Fresno, CA. With her first job in Hospice she was thrown into the workforce without any knowledge of Hospice. Thereafter, after she was Director of patient care services for a brand new hospice, she found most nurses entering the field asking the same questions.
