Each page on a separate leaf of yellow paper, stapled together at top left. All in fair condition, lightly aged and dogeared. Each number with the stamp of the Commonwealth Economic Committee Library, and each with the front page carrying a list of the names of individuals (who are to read the number). Each number ends with the words 'Yours truly' and a facsimile of Tertsch's signature. Closely typed and packed with information, headings including: 'The Holy Year', 'Epitaphs for 1949', 'Doctor Watson Sums Up', 'Stock Exchange and Finance', 'Production and Prices', 'Foreign Trade', 'Industry', 'Agriculture', 'Miscellaneous', 'Stop Press'. Tertsch rose to the rank of Sturmbannführer in the Brown Shirts. During the war he was part of the German embassies at Zagreb and Madrid. After the war he escaped from the Allies dressed as a Catholic priest, and was afforded protection by the Franco regime. He is father of the noted Spanish journalist Hermann Tertsch.
