Soft cover. Condition: Good. Softcover trade catalog. Stiff blue paper covers, stapled at spine. No indication of date, but I would estimate 1910-1930s. 28 pages. Measures 11 x 8.5 inches. The guide illustrates various food plant equipment manufactured from nickel and Monel Metal -- materials resistant to corrosion. Every step in the food manufacturing process is outlined: sorting, separating and grading, washing, brining, conveying, drying, blanching and scalding, pulping and finishing, grinding and mixing, straining and clarifying, storage and transportation, and so on. Every page bears black-and-white photographs. There are also pages dedicated to cooking kettles, cooking coils, filling and packaging, utensils, special equipment, and sea food packing equipment. In good condition. Covers are a little rubbed but unmarked. Binding is strong with clean and unmarked pages.

There are three rubber stamps along the top of the front cover and thy read "Reference", "Catalogue Library" and "May 25 1938". Cover shows some general wear and a small tear at the top of the back cover. Pages are nice and clean.

This is more of a manual with tex and illustrations, charts, and photographs for specifications. The green and white decorated cover has some rubbing to the front and fading to the back and is library stamped and dated 1941. The inside pages are clean and without markings.
