Stated first printing with extra ink drawing of Arthur and inscription by the author on the front endpaper. Beneath the drawing, "Love/Your good friend,/Bernie Waber/and/Your other good friend/Lyle". Jacket spine is slightly darkened, and there is a 1/2" by 1" chip missing at the rear fold.
