Hardcover. Condition: good plus. First Edition. Quarto; xxxix, 1215 pages, red cloth,black titles, edgeworn This appears to be the volume commonly referred to in the trade as "Big Red". It is undated, but is quoted variously from circa 1910 to 1939. The sans-serif type on the cover gives it away as circa 1935, as some have argued.
