It is in new condition but we note a slight superficial scratch on the cover about 3" long and only seen against reflected light. It is just barely a scratch & so we have chosen to mark down this very little in terms of condition. 3) 1 color sheet promo from publisher. It is near fine with a slight bend along the edge. Very scarce combo of this collectable.
