Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. HBDJ, 1954, 1ST Edition, 17TH PRINTING, GOOD/VG ,Condition is "Good", book is EX-Library with library cards in front and back covers,The tell-tale cover picture has Eleanor Cameron's name in white/eggshell color and does not have the black shading on the tall/central mushroom. , EX-Library, Usual wear Rub, Etc bindingwas loose in front cover but was taped and secured, some individual pages are taped to the spine to ensure they do not detach, inside dust jacket is clipped, and edges show normal wear and tear for a 70-ish year old book! , . , Only noted one light library stamp (it also has a light red "discarded" stamp on it, EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION for a library discard, red cloth illustrated & titled in Black , ! The jacket price-clipped and has a few small chips/tears and light rubbing. . NO TEARS! I only noted one light library stamp (it also has a light red "discarded" stamp on it- BACK DJ Lite small stain.
