400 pages, Condition Full leather large folio binding good, rubbed, some edge splitting, but holding well, gilt embossed Royal emblem to corners front, rear and all down spine (very decorative GR with crown above). Contents most pages very good, clean & tight, otherwise good, some creases, some creases to corners, most pages not numbered, so about 400 pages as paper not uniform thickness, so at least 400 pages, lacks endpages or a title page, last page ends with FINIS, numerous illustrated decorative initials and a couple of chapter heads. Undated but there are a couple of endings with given at Court 14th May 1728 by Royal Command & Table of movable feasts for 40 years start at 1728, so we believe this edition being1728, Please see all photos of our book, inside front cover is a much later inscription from Joseph Lane about his daughter Charlotte passing away & above first page Susanna Bringloe, Hingham. Joseph Lane & Lane family were in Hingham, Norfolk England and other members of the family were in Hingham, America.
