8vo 8" - 9" tall; 273 pages; HC in publisher's original brown cloth with title lettering in gilt to spine. Binding sound; contents complete and generally neat. Cloth rubbed and a little frayed at spine ends corners lightly bumped with light abrasions and boards peeking through. Light surface rub and some scraping to board edges. Prior ownership inscription on the blank front endpage and a small name stamp in the gutter of the preface page. One page observed with a name underlined. Light toning to page stock.
