Limited edition, this is no 129 of 300. Handsomely rebound in brown calf with ruled lines and the crest of Elinor Glyn, the novelist and script writer who popularised the concept of the 'it girl', in gilt - and her book plate is pasted on the fep. Raised bands to spine with gilt lettering. Front board has detached and been repaired. Shoulders are scuffed and the spine is rubbed and torn top and bottom. Internal taped repair to hinge at title page. Otherwise in very good condition, printed on heavy cream paper with wonderful illustrations by Robert Engels on every page. Retold by J B�dier and translated by Hilaire Belloc. Folio. Seller Inventory # 5781
