About this Item

Complete three volume hardcover set bound in black cloth with simple, gold titling on spine. Each book includes dust jacket in good condition. Each is assumed first edition without any other dates mentioned on copyright- volume one dated 1949, two 1950 and three 1952. Books are firmly bound. Bit of foxing around text blocks and through ending pages. Boards lightly worn with lightly bumped corners and ends. Dust jackets are toned and discolored in splotches around margins and over spine panel. Volume one titling a bit faded. Volumes 2 & 3 both have lengthy tear from crown to top center of front panel. Spine and fold ends with some chipping and similar bumping as boards. Seller Inventory # 92761
