It also includes a printed invitation (image) from the artist to his related exhibition at the Medici Society's Galleries in Piccadilly, London. This version is paper copy no. 71 of 500 printed on hand-made Riccardi Paper. (Riccardi Press were the printers, as indicated by their logo on the half title page - see image of invitation). There are ten tipped-in colour plates (including the frontispiece); each with a tissue guard. Quarter binding - tan/beige cloth with sky blue paper- covered boards. TEG. Green cloth bookmark. Untrimmed pages. Tight binding - hence limited images. Condition: in sound overall condition for a book of this age. There is some tanning and spotting on the covers; more apparent on the front than at the rear of the book. Internally, the pages are mildly to moderately tanned with occasional spotting; more evident on the preliminary and final ones. The colour prints are largely unaffected by this phenomenon although some of them have left a shadow on the near side of the covering tissue guard.
