Volume in VG condition- writing on contents page, otherwise all leaves unmarked. Water stain on top corner- fades 50 pages in. Tanning of front cover verso and title page from an acidic paper insert, most likely a newspaper article. Compression crease on bottom corner, runs (decreasing) through the book.
