"The 3d Account of Mary M. Eldridge Executrix of the last will and testament of Isaiah Eldridge late of Dennis in the County of Barnstable, (blank)deceased:". Schedule A*: 6 items, Schedule B: 18 items. By the third draft her account was zero (both schedules had same amount). Freeman Hinkley Lothrop (b.1848) of Barnstable; 1881 register of probate; admitted to bar in 1884 (studied under Hiram Putnam Harriman b.1846, Judge of Barnstable Probate of Wills, appointed June 14, 1882). Names on Schedule B: Thomas Howes, Albert Rogers, Cape Cod Bank, B. P. Sears (auctioneers fees), Mr. Weeks, Henry Crosby (for Gravestones), John Small, D. P. Howes, H. M. Knowlton, J. Higgins.
