Signed First Edition, First Printing of this Pulitzer Prize winning history of the development of modern management practices in large scale business in the later 19th century and early 20th century. Signed by Alfred D. Chandler Jr. on the title page. Cloth, 608 pages. The book has light smudges on the top page edge and impression from a previous paper clip at the top of the title page and front endpaper. The dust jacket has the top corner clipped from the front flap and a crease on the bottom corner of the flap. The jacket also has a bit of edge wear. Seller Inventory # 015755
